Period underwear

Modibodi

Modibodi is my personal favourite period underwear brand. You can’t go past the quality of their product, their impressive range of products, their experience and expertise in the period underwear market and their wholesome brand.

An Australian, female-founded brand that has since gone global. Don’t worry if you’re not in Australia, Modibodi ships all around the world, with specific US and European hubs as well, with free shipping available in a range of countries when you spend a certain amount or have a discount code.

You can shop Modibodi by clicking this link.

Thinx

Another huge player in the period underwear market is US based Thinx. Launched at virtually the same time as Modibodi, they also have experience and expertise in the period underwear market and a great range of products as well.

Bonds

Certainly not a new entrant to the underwear market, Bonds is an iconic, century-old, Australian underwear brand that very recently launched a range in the period underwear space.

This has been a huge step in normalising period underwear to the previously unacquainted as Bonds have a very loyal fan base. They have some really cool prints and funky, typical Bonds styles, but do sell out quickly.

Menstrual cups

Ruby Cup

Ruby Cup is more than just a menstrual cup brand. They’re a business with purpose. Ruby Cup operate a Buy-One, Give-One model, which means, for every Ruby Cup purchased, they donate a Ruby Cup via their team of trainers and partners in one of their programme countries around the world. Their Buy-One, Give-One program operates in 11 countries around the world, where there are girls who do not have access to period products and menstrual health education. Ruby work to change this for those girls.

Ruby Cup is also one of the only menstrual cup brands that offer a money back guarantee. This is especially helpful if you are trying out a menstrual cup for the first time and you’re not sure if it will be right for you.

Dot Cup

Dot Cup is also a special menstrual cup brand and they too, operate a Buy-One, Give-One model. Dot Cup is a US Based, female founded company. I love their product. Their menstrual cup is a stylish, sleek, black cup and it comes with the coolest storage pouch.
